Morgan Richmond is an analyst in CPI’s San Francisco office. At CPI, she focuses on climate finance tracking and the Global Innovation Lab for Climate Finance. Prior to joining CPI, Morgan worked at the Cadmus Group where she contributed to climate security and resilience work, conducted corporate climate risks analysis, and supported energy utility market research and reporting. Morgan interned at the White House Council on Environmental Quality in its climate preparedness office and was a student assistant at U.S. Global Change Research Program during the development of the fourth National Climate Assessment. She graduated with a degree in Economics from Carleton College where her thesis focused on the economic impacts of climate-related extreme weather events on American labor productivity.
