Sean Stout is a Senior Analyst based in CPI’s London office. He contributes to CPI’s climate finance tracking program, with an emphasis on adaptation and public development finance. He is also leading CPI’s quality of climate finance research, building an evidence base on the outcomes and impact of climate action.
Prior to joining CPI, Sean completed internships at the Kiel Institute for the World Economy (International Finance & Global Governance) and the Peace Research Institute Frankfurt (Glocal Junctions).
He holds an MA (Hons) in Economics and Modern History from the University of St Andrews and an MSc in Environmental Economics and Climate Change from the London School of Economics.
