Gabriela Coser is an Analyst at CPI/PUC-Rio, working on research focused on climate finance, mechanisms, instruments, and policies. Her commitment is to align private and public sectors to develop financial markets while preserving the environment.  

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Brasília (UNB) and, as a volunteer, she is a keen social entrepreneur in the field of education.  

Prior to joining CPI/PUC-Rio, Gabriela worked as an Economic Analyst for the Brazilian Confederation of Agriculture and Livestock (CNA), where she conducted engagement strategies to improve regulations and propose public policies to strengthen financial instruments while increasing the agricultural sector’s participation in the capital markets and green finance. Gabriela also worked with research in international trade policies, like trade agreements, barriers, facilitation, investments, and building valuable relationships with external partners. In 2018, she participated in a capacity building program in the Permanent Mission of Brazil to the World Trade Organization (WTO) and Other Economic Organizations in Geneva.
