Luísa Carneiro is a Digital Communications Associate at CPI, based in Rio de Janeiro.

She supports the digital outreach for most programs at CPI, including the Global Innovation Lab for Climate Finance and the Cities Climate Finance Leadership Alliance. Luísa Carneiro has an educational background in Media Studies at the Brazilian Federal University UFF – Universidade Federal Fluminense.

Luísa Carneiro has previously worked as a Social Media Intern at the National Observatory, a research institute from Brazil’s Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation. Before joining CPI, Luísa was a Communications and Public Diplomacy Intern at the British Diplomatic Mission in Brazil, part of the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office.
