Rafael Pucci is Senior Analyst in the Conservation team at CPI/PUC-Rio. Using rigorous empirical methods, his work assesses the impact of public policies in the context of environmental conservation and reduction of forest cover loss. Previously, Rafael has also worked as junior analyst at LCA Consultores in the areas of Market Intelligence and Law and Economics, using econometric models to produce economic insights for many different industries. Rafael graduated in Economics at the University of São Paulo and holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Insper, specializing in Development and Applied Microeconomics. He was also a visiting student at the Department of Applied Microeconomics at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
