Mariana Stussi is an Analyst at CPI Brazil, focusing on Financial Instruments. She investigates how the use of rural credit instruments and agricultural risk management impacts land use, agricultural productivity and the environment. Before joining CPI, Mariana was a research assistant at Fundação Getúlio Vargas, studying gender disparities in the labor market and maternal and child health. She also worked at the Pereira Passos Municipal Institute, where she worked in the monitoring and evaluation of public policies. Mariana holds a degree in Economics from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio) and a Master’s degree in Economics from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ).
