Ishrita Gupta is a Junior Analyst at CPI, based in London. She is working under the Tracking workstream, primarily focusing on the Landscape of Methane Abatement Finance and Ghana’s Landscape of Climate Finance.

Prior to CPI, Ishrita interned as an ESG analyst at SG Analytics, working on greenhouse gas emissions accounting and sustainability reports. Further, her past roles as a policy analyst for organizations such as the Centre for the Study of Democracy, The Dialogue, and the UC Berkeley Institute of International Studies highlight her expertise in various areas, including renewable energy, just transition policies, and economic impact assessments.

She holds a BA in Political Science and International Relations from Sciences Po, Paris, a BA in Political Economy from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MPhil in Environmental Policy from the University of Cambridge.
