Bella Frazier is a Junior Program Operations Associate at CPI, based in London. She works across all UK climate finance projects, providing support with project management policies and procedures. She also collaborates with CPI teams globally to maintain internal systems, track project progress, and ensure smooth, compliant operations.
Before joining CPI, Bella worked at Florida State University, where she provided support for international programs, including delivering workshops and coordinating logistics. She later joined the Florida Government as a Lead Communications Intern for the Bright Futures Scholarship Program, supporting strategic partnerships and helping to expand access to educational funding. Bella also served as an Anti-Trafficking Project Officer at the International Rescue Committee, where she developed resource databases and supported refugee resettlement efforts across North Florida.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in International Relations and Communications from Florida State University and an MSc in Human Rights and Politics from the London School of Economics.
