Bella Frazier is a Program Associate at Climate Policy Initiative (CPI) for the Cities Climate Finance Leadership Alliance (CCFLA), based in London. In her role, she supports grant and project management, stakeholder engagement, and the development of communications and knowledge products that help advance urban climate finance solutions worldwide.
Before joining CPI, Bella worked with the State of Florida’s Bright Futures Scholarship Program, supporting strategic partnerships and helping expand access to educational funding. She also served as an Anti-Trafficking Project Officer at the International Rescue Committee, where she developed resource databases and supported refugee resettlement efforts across North Florida.
Bella holds a Bachelor of Science in International Relations and Communications from Florida State University and an MSc in Human Rights and Politics from the London School of Economics.
