Juliana Guimarães is a Program Operations Associate at CPI/PUC-RIO, supporting the management of the Brazil office’s operations and monitoring projects with different partners and funders.
She holds a master’s degree in Analysis and Management of International Politics at PUC-Rio. Certified as Project Management for Development Professionals (PMD Pro)® since 2019, she holds a degree in International Relations with an exchange program at the Summer School in International Relations at the University of Liverpool.
Juliana has experience in philanthropy and grantmaking, international cooperation for development, food systems, and social monitoring and evaluation. Prior to joining CPI/PUC-RIO, Juliana provided programmatic and administrative support to the Oak Foundation and the British Council. As an independent consultant, she has worked with a variety of organizations, including the Scientific Panel for the Amazon, AS-PTA Agroecology and Family Farming, UN Sustainable Development Solutions Network (SDSN), Ibero-American General Secretariat (SEGIB), ELAS+ Giving for Change, among others.
