Anna Balm is the Program Manager for GNI+ in Kenya. Based in Nairobi, Anna works closely with the Kenyan Ministry of Environment and Forestry, the National Treasury, donors, and private sector partners in order to support the Government of Kenya achieve its NDC goals.

Anna joined CPI from the UK Department of Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, where she was Head of the UK Sustainable Infrastructure Programme and previously led the set up and delivery of the Renewable Energy Performance Platform (REPP), managed the Global Energy Transfer Feed-in Tariffs (GET FiT) program in Uganda, and was involved in the establishment of the UK Green Investment Bank’s international investment vehicle (UK Climate Investments).

Anna holds a masters in Geography from the University of St Andrews.
