Climate Policy Initiative (CPI) and Dastur Energy are organizing a conference on “Role of Transition Finance and Transitional Technologies in India’s Industrial Decarbonization”, being held on Thursday, 4 December 2025, from 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM at India Habitat Centre, New Delhi.

India’s journey to achieving energy independence by 2047 and Net Zero Emissions by 2070 requires collaborative and innovative approaches to industrial decarbonization. This joint conference will bring together representatives from government, industry, finance, and academia to discuss the role of Carbon Capture, Utilization, and Storage (CCUS) and Transition Finance in achieving these objectives.

The sessions will feature expert discussions on technological developments, policy priorities, and financing mechanisms to enable low-carbon industrial transformation in India.
