Mathieu Logeais is a Program Associate at CPI, based in London, where he leads program management for the ClimateShot Investor Coalition (CLIC) Agrifood Investment Connector.

Prior to joining CPI, Mathieu worked in international development consulting, managing and supporting EU, WB, GCF, and AfDB–funded technical assistance projects across Africa and Asia. His work spanned climate finance, environmental governance, resilience planning, and rural development, contributing to both project delivery and business development.

He gained experience supporting agribusinesses in Africa through academic research and volunteer-led initiatives. His Master’s thesis examined policy approaches to strengthening agribusiness development and export readiness in São Tomé and Príncipe, with a focus on improving SMEs’ access to international markets. Earlier in his career, Mathieu contributed to macroeconomic and sectoral studies of the financial services sector at PwC.

Mathieu holds an MSc in International Development and Public Policy from Nova SBE (Portugal) and a BSc in International Business from Lund University (Sweden).
