Juliette Allisy is a Junior Analyst within the Climate Finance Tracking team at CPI, based in London. Juliette focuses on adaptation and resilience, climate policy, and economic development.

Before joining CPI, Juliette had a diverse internship experience at both national and international institutions. She supported the work of the Warsaw International Mechanism for Loss and Damage Executive Committee at the UNFCCC, where she contributed to the development of technical guides, knowledge products, and a data visualization tool to assess climate-related risks, impacts, and vulnerabilities. She also conducted a strategic analysis of green investments in Central Africa during her internship with the French Treasury at the French Embassy in Cameroon, and worked on an environmental fiscal policy to advance France’s maritime emission reduction strategy at the Ministry for Ecological Transition, Biodiversity, Forestry, the Sea, and Fisheries.

Juliette holds an Master’s degree in Environmental Economics and Policy from Toulouse School of Economics, and a Bachelor’s degree in Political and Social Sciences from Sciences Po Bordeaux.
