Ingrid Oliveira is a Project Delivery Lead at Climate Policy Initiative (CPI), based in Vienna. She supports the delivery of complex international projects and proposals, with expertise in project and risk management, stakeholder engagement, and work in complex and conflict-affected contexts. Her experience spans sustainable development, agri-food systems, development, and strategic communications.

Before joining CPI, Ingrid spent eight years in international agricultural development, coordinating multi-country programmes and global networks and contributing to initiatives funded by the European Commission, SDC, GIZ, IFAD, and FAO. Her work covered programme design and delivery, monitoring and learning, and knowledge exchange across agricultural innovation, agroecology, digital advisory services, and sustainable food systems. Earlier in her career, she worked in peacebuilding, governance, transitional justice, and human rights, managing international research and capacity-building programmes in post-conflict contexts.

Ingrid holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Universidade Federal de Sergipe in Brazil and a Master’s degree in Peace and Conflict Transformation from the University of Basel.
