Climate Policy Initiative, Indonesia and the Financial Service Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan or OJK) convened a workshop on Thursday, 19 December 2019, to discuss the preliminary findings from CPI Indonesia’s ongoing study on private climate finance tracking. Through this workshop, CPI aimed to:
- Receive feedback from different stakeholders to improve the flow of private climate finance in Indonesia: supporting regulation, the incentive for compliance, innovative instruments, etc.
- Drive availability and transparency of private climate finance data in Indonesia
- Provide an effective networking platform to exchange knowledge and best practices on mobilizing and tracking climate finance in Indonesia’s private sector.
