About the Role
The NetSuite SuiteProjects Pro System Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and managing CPI’s NetSuite SuiteProjects Pro environment, ensuring that project and resource data remain accurate, up to date, and compliant with organizational standards. This role will provide day-to-day system support, manage user access and configuration, and work closely with Operations, Finance, and IT teams to ensure smooth system adoption across the organization.
The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, enjoys working with data and systems, and has a strong service mindset to support staff queries and drive efficient system usage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the NetSuite SuiteProjects Pro (formerly NetSuite OpenAir) system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Configure, test, and update system settings, workflows, and permissions as required.
- Provide first-line user support, resolving issues and queries in collaboration with the Operations and IT teams.
- Monitor and maintain project, resource, and timesheet data, ensuring consistency across departments.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to support operational decision-making.
- Coordinate with the vendor (Xero/Oracle NetSuite/OpenAir) for upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
- Manage large data imports and updates manually and via Integration Manager.
- Manage the SuiteProjects Pro system and its integration with CPI’s financial systems, where financial data is maintained outside NetSuite.
- Conduct user training and onboarding sessions, ensuring consistent use of the platform.
- Create and maintain management processes in the system, including data checking and validation.
- Create and maintain system documentation, SOPs, and data dictionaries.
- Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency and user experience.
About You
Competencies and Experience
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, IT Systems Management, Business Administration, Engineering, and/or relevant certifications or professional experience.
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in system administration or operations roles involving ERP, PSA, or project management tools such as NetSuite SuiteProjects Pro, NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle.
- Demonstrated experience in data management, reporting, and workflow configuration.
- Strong Excel skills, particularly for data transformation, cleaning, and validation, including formulas, text formulas, XLOOKUP, and pivot tables.
- Experience working in a small setup and managing projects independently with limited supervision.
- Experience working in multi-country or global organizations preferred.
- Experience creating documentation and training users in IT systems and processes.
- Familiarity with reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus.

Position Details
- CPI is recruiting for one full-time NetSuite SuiteProjects Pro System Administrator position (40 hours per week) to be based in our New Delhi office.
- CPI India has adopted a flexible working policy whereby staff are able to combine remote work with days in the office.
- CPI offers an excellent and competitive compensation and benefits package.
