The Global Forum on the Environment and Climate Change, jointly organized by the OECD and the IEA, aims to promote dialogue and enhance understanding among a wide range of countries on key issues relevant to the international climate change negotiations and implementation of the Paris Agreement.
The sessions in this Global Forum will focus on taking forward the New Collective Quantified Goal (NCQG) on climate finance and issues relating to Global Goal on Adaptation (GGA) indicators under the UAE-Belém work programme.
CPI Senior Manager, Baysa Naran, will be a discussant during the session, “USD 1.3 trillion scale up call under the NCQG: understanding the scope and grey zones.”
