Annie Woscoboinik is a Communications Associate at Climate Policy Initiative, based in London. She supports CPI’s growing Capital Mobilization work, which focuses on advancing solutions that mobilize private capital to address climate change. 

Specifically, she works across two programs: The Global Innovation Lab for Climate Finance and the Catalytic Climate Finance Facility. Annie uses a wide range of communications tools to engage entrepreneurs, investors, partners, and stakeholders, and to highlight how innovative solutions can help drive the transition to low-carbon, climate-resilient economies worldwide.

Before joining CPI, Annie served as Press Secretary for a U.S. Member of Congress in the House of Representatives, where she led messaging and strategic communications on key legislative priorities, including environmental policy. In this role, she translated complex policy issues into clear, compelling messages, built relationships with national and local media, and directed digital strategy.

Annie holds an MSc in Politics and Communications from the London School of Economics and a BA in Political Science and Spanish from Emory University.
