Aditi Joshi is an Operations Manager at Climate Policy Initiative (CPI), based in the India office. She brings over 18 years of experience in operations and project coordination, having worked with global development organizations such as Global Health Strategies (GHS), University Research Company (URC), and PATH. Aditi has supported donor-funded programs backed by USAID, the Gates Foundation, the Packard Foundation, and CIFF, with a strong focus on operations and administration, procurement, logistics, and cross-functional coordination.

She is passionate about contributing to mission-driven work, particularly in the areas of climate, health, nutrition, and sustainable farming. Aditi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Delhi and a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Relations Management from YWCA Delhi.
