Alice Murfitt is a Senior Program Associate at CPI based in London. She supports the ClimateShot Investor Coalition’s (CLIC) Agrifood Investment Connector and Secretariat, overseeing program delivery, operational coordination, and budget management. She collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure coordinated delivery and maximize the impact of CLIC initiatives.

Prior to CPI, Alice interned at Climate Action, where she contributed to the Agri-Food Systems Summit held during COP28. She holds a Master’s in Environment and Sustainable Development from UCL, where her thesis, which was awarded the Barlett accolade of commendation, examined the role of informal markets in improving urban food accessibility in developing economies. During her studies, she conducted field research in Mwanza, Tanzania, exploring sustainable urban food system solutions through local agricultural practices.
