Aanandita Sikka is an Analyst at CPI’s Delhi office, where her work focuses on development and green and sustainable finance. Her projects focus on increasing investment in climate action through public and private sources. Aanandita’s expertise lies in urban development, policy and regulation analysis and building tools and frameworks for nudging climate action.

Before CPI, she worked as an Associate at Athena Infonomics, supporting national and local governments across Asia and Africa to improve public service delivery. During her time, she has contributed to several monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) projects and has focused on devising strategies to sustain and magnify social impact. She also worked as an ESG Consultant at SG Analytics in Pune.

Aanandita holds a master’s degree in Urban Policy and Governance from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, and a bachelor’s degree in Geography from Miranda House, University of Delhi. She also holds a certification in Human Rights Law from King’s College London and a certification in Sustainability and Climate Risk (SCR) by the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP).
