Divya Pinge is a Consultant with the Green and Sustainable Finance practice at CPI’s Delhi office.
Divya brings over 17 years of diverse experience across commercial banking, strategy development for impact enterprises, and research and advisory in impact investing, blended finance, and green finance. Her expertise and interests lie in leveraging innovative financial structures to drive inclusive and sustainable development. Divya supports CPI’s India team on the design and execution of projects in sustainable, climate, and green finance, including initiatives under the Centre for Sustainable Finance in India.
In addition to her work at CPI, Divya also advises other impact-focused startups on their growth strategy. Prior to CPI, Divya led the Research vertical at the Impact Investors Council, an industry body of impact-focused investors, in India, where she steered research initiatives on the themes of impact investing, blended finance, and green finance.
Divya began her career in commercial banking, where she spent over 12 years in roles across product development and credit risk underwriting, working in both commercial and wholesale lending segments. She holds a Master’s in Management Studies (Finance) and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Information Technology), both from Mumbai University. She has also completed a Graduate Certificate course in Public Policy from the Takshashila Institution in India.
Divya is based in Mumbai, India, and works remotely.
