About the role

The NetSuite SuiteProjects Pro (Formerly NetSuite OpenAir) System Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and managing CPI’s NetSuite SuiteProjects Pro environment, ensuring that project and resource data remain accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with organizational standards. This role will provide day-to-day system support, manage user access and configuration, and work closely with Operations, Finance, and IT teams to ensure smooth system adoption across the organization.

The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, enjoys working with data and systems, and has a strong service mindset to support staff queries and drive efficient system usage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the NetSuite SuiteProjects Pro (Formerly NetSuite OpenAir) system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Configure, test, and update system settings, workflows, and permissions as required.
  • Provide first-line user support, resolving issues and queries in collaboration with the Operations and IT teams.
  • Monitor and maintain project, resource, and timesheet data, ensuring consistency across departments.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to support operational decision-making.
  • Coordinate with the vendor (Xero/Oracle NetSuite/OpenAir) for upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct user training and onboarding sessions, ensuring consistent use of the platform.
  • Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and data dictionaries.
  • Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency and user experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science/IT systems Management and/or Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Overall 6 years of relevant experience in system administration or operations roles with ERP, PSA, or project management tools such as NetSuite SuiteProjects Pro (Formerly NetSuite OpenAir), NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle.
  • Demonstrated experience in data management, reporting, and workflow configuration.
  • Experience working in multi-country or global organizations preferred.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within timelines.
  • Proficiency with Excel and familiarity with reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus.

Experience, Skills, and Personal Attribute

  • 6-8 years of experience supporting IT systems
  • Experience with NetSuite SuiteProjects Pro (Formerly NetSuite OpenAir) system administration on SaaS platforms in, knowledge of MS 365 is good to have.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science/IT systems Management and/or relevant certifications or professional experience.
  • Experience creating documentation and training users in IT Systems and processes
  • Confidence to engage with a wide range of stakeholders and explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a proactive, organized, and innovative approach to problem-solving.

Position Details

CPI is recruiting for one full-time position to be based in our New Delhi office.  

CPI has adopted hybrid working, whereby staff work with flexible days/hours on site.
