L\u00e9a is an Analyst at Climate Policy Initiative, based in London. She works within the ClimateShot Investor Coalition (CLIC)<\/a>, where she provides analytical support on climate and nature finance in agrifood systems. She also contributed to The State of Global Air Quality Funding 2023<\/a> report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prior to CPI, L\u00e9a gained experience in climate project development for UN agencies and the Green Climate Fund, carbon accounting, development finance, ESG investing, and social entrepreneurship. In particular, she interned at Proparco<\/a> as an investment analyst, supporting deals in reforestation, regenerative agriculture, and clean energy across Asia and Latin America. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

She was also a member of La Banque Postale’s mission committee<\/a> on behalf of For an Ecological Awakening, fostering sustainable finance practices and alignment with The Paris Agreement. L\u00e9a holds a Master’s in Management from ESCP Business School<\/a>, a BA in Economics\/Social Sciences from Universit\u00e9 Lumi\u00e8re Lyon II, and a BA in Philosophy from Universit\u00e9 Paris Nanterre.
