Angela Ortega Pastor is an Analyst at CPI’s San Francisco office. She focuses on tracking climate finance flows and commitments, climate finance adaptation topics, developing principles to guide a sustainable recovery, and mobilizing finance for climate projects through the Global Innovation Lab for Climate Finance.
Prior to CPI, Angela worked for 3 years as a senior data manager for the International Energy Agency in Paris and was the research manager on the Stanford Climate of Infrastructure Project’.
Angela holds a Masters of Arts in International Policy, focusing on Energy, Natural Resources, and the Environment from Stanford University and a Bachelors of Art in Economics and Political Science from New York University.
