Saeful Muluk provides research and analytical support to CPI Indonesia’s Fiscal Policy Program. Joining CPI as a Consultant in 2017, his work focuses on fiscal policy and instruments at both national and sub-national levels as one of the key policy levers for the governments in meeting their development goals in a more sustainable manner. Prior to joining CPI, Saeful worked for ten years as researcher and consultant on several works revolving around strengthening fiscal policy and practices at the sub national level in relation to enhanced access and quality of public services such as education and health. He previously worked at Perkumpulan Inisiatif. He holds a Bachelor degree in Communication Science from Padjadjaran University, Indonesia.
