Kavita Vij is an Advisor at CPI’s Delhi office, where she supports the India team in mainstreaming CPI’s work and finding representation platforms within industry associations, non-profit institutions, research organizations, academia and the Government of India. Her responsibilities include developing an India outreach program to bring in targeted beneficiaries for its various programs funded by US philanthropies and others.

Prior to CPI, Kavita has over 18 years of experience and has worked across global companies, non-profits, and academic institutions. Her expertise lies in conceptualizing and implementing social impact programs in alignment with India’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). She has worked at Prosus, Indian School of Business, and Infrastructure Development and Finance Company.

Kavita holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning and a Bachelor’s degree in Indian History and Political Science from Delhi University. She is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt professional.
