Gigi Greene is a Human Resources Generalist at CPI, based in the U.S. Gigi manages all things related to recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding for CPI’s US-based team. Her goal is to provide CPI’s employees with the best support and advice throughout these processes. She works closely with CPI’s Office Director and Global People Manager to maintain and enhance our positive US culture alongside advising on sustainable business practices. In addition to maintaining CPI’s incredible culture, she also oversees the administration of our US benefit plans, handles monthly payroll, and acts as the primary point of contact for any other HR questions or concerns the team may have.
In her prior positions, Gigi has played a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company’s cultural strategies, focusing on fostering work environments that align with her company’s core values. In the past, she’s managed key employee processes such as Total Rewards, Benefits, and Performance Management, contributing to the development and implementation of revamped performance management programs. Her expertise has extended to leading and executing Employee Resource Group (ERG) and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs and strategies, resulting in substantial increases in employee participation and overall sentiment. With a keen eye for data-driven insights, Gigi enjoys analyzing sentiment and systems, diagnosing areas for improvement, and implementing effective interventions and solutions to enhance organizational culture.
Gigi holds a B.A. from UC Irvine (a proud Anteater!), and is currently in the process of receiving her SHRM-CP certification.
