Imma Catherine is a HR Business Partner, Asia at CPI\u2019s Delhi office, where she supports staff based out of New Delhi, India and Jakarta, Indonesia offices. She is responsible for talent acquisition, talent management and retention, learning and evelopment, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Imma’s career spans over 20 years, with 15 years in HR leadership roles across IT and technology product organizations. Prior to CPI, she worked with a range of organizations including start-ups in healthcare, travel, and research and consulting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
