CPI\u2019s work is distinguished by its strong focus on finance, analytical rigor, and ability to convene decision-makers across the public and private sectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In Indonesia, CPI partners with relevant ministries to understand, develop, and adjust policies and mechanisms that encourage the transition to a green economy and the optimal use of land and energy resources. In efforts to accelerate green investment, particularly in the energy sector, CPI works with the government, and public and private financing institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>About the Role<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are seeking a highly motivated <strong>Associate Director<\/strong> to play a central leadership role in CPI\u2019s global climate finance and policy work, based in our Jakarta, Indonesia office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reporting directly to the Regional Director, the Associate Director will help establish and grow CPI\u2019s regional presence, strengthen partnerships, and contribute strategically to the organisation\u2019s portfolio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Associate Director will lead the development and delivery of projects, drive business development efforts, and represent CPI with key external stakeholders. They will also play a pivotal role in supporting the Regional Director in building and supporting a high-performing team as the office scales up. Beyond programme and revenue responsibilities, the Associate Director will model CPI\u2019s values and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture across teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This role requires strong judgment, a high degree of autonomy, and the ability to operate effectively across geographies, cultures, and disciplines, while remaining closely aligned with CPI\u2019s global strategy and leadership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Roles and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The role will support Regional Director in executing the following responsibilities and others as assigned:\u202f\u202f<\/p>\n\n\n<p><strong>Program Oversight:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the development and delivery of climate finance initiatives, projects, and analytical products across Indonesia and South-east Asia, particularly around issues of capital mobilization for decarbonization.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee project delivery, including timelines, budgets, quality control, and compliance with CPI standards.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure outputs are analytically rigorous, methodologically sound, and delivered on time and within budget.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with CPI analysts and project managers to develop world -class research agendas and products.<\/li>\n<li>Apply, develop, and refine methodologies drawing on economics, finance, public policy, risk management, and related disciplines.<\/li>\n<li>Provide strategic guidance and support to local staff delivering convening and analytical services in partnership with development finance institutions, with a focus on how the institutions mobilize investment, including the design, methodologies, messaging, and format of analytical products.<\/li>\n<li>Author and\/or provide strategic feedback on white papers on program topics as requested.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Stakeholder Engagement and Business Development<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key local and international stakeholders, including government ministries, multilateral institutions, donors, financial institutions, corporates, and peer organizations.<\/li>\n<li>Represent CPI at local and international climate finance events, meetings, and other convenings to maintain influence and impact.<\/li>\n<li>Identify, pursue, and support fundraising, partnership, and business development opportunities including engaging with current and potential funders, and developing proposals in coordination with CPI leadership.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain excellent relationships with selected key stakeholders and (potential) clients, as agreed with CPI\u2019s leadership team.<\/li>\n<li>With support from Global Operations and Communications team, organize external stakeholder events as requested.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Internal Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build capacity of the growing Jakarta team and supporting positive working culture. <br \/>Provide strategic guidance on programmatic and operational matters.<\/li>\n<li>Support the implementation of organizational processes and norms.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee staffing and resource management, including forecasting, allocation, and performance management, to meet the needs of a high-performing team.<\/li>\n<li>Lead office budget preparation and monitoring, in close collaboration with the Regional Director and global teams to ensure alignment.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the Global Operations and Finance teams to ensure the effective management of the Jakarta office and its integration into the broader organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Essentials<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You are committed\u202fto\u202f<a href=\"https:\/\/www.climatepolicyinitiative.org\/about-cpi\/work-at-cpi\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">CPI\u2019s mission and values<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Post-graduate degree or professional degree in Finance (CFA\/CMA), Public Policy, or a related field, or equivalent experience. We are unique in our focus on finance, our ability to get the right people to the table, and our analytical rigor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>About the Program<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Coal2Green (C2G) is a technical assistance programme between Indonesia and Germany, funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMUKN) through the International Climate Initiative (IKI). The program supports the repurposing of coal-fired power plants (CFPPs) in Indonesia into renewable energy platforms, working across four integrated outputs: technology and solutions, financing and investment, just transition and local stakeholder engagement, and knowledge transfer and capacity building.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C2G is implemented by Guidehouse Germany GmbH as consortium lead, with CPI Global and CPI Indonesia as consortium partners, in coordination with Indonesia&#8217;s Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (MEMR), represented by the Directorate General of New, Renewable Energy and Energy Conservation (DGNREEC\/DJEBTKE) as Executing Agency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This role will mainly contribute to C2G&#8217;s Output III: Just Transition &amp; Local Stakeholder Engagement. Output III co-develops a just transition framework for CFPP repurposing through inclusive stakeholder engagement, prepared for operationalization at selected Focus Project sites. It comprises three work packages: just transition planning and indicators aligned with Indonesia&#8217;s JETP framework, local stakeholder mapping and engagement, and a just transition cost allocation framework that determines how transition-related costs are fairly distributed across government, asset owners, and financiers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>About the Role<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CPI Indonesia is seeking an Analyst to support the Just Transition workstream of the C2G program. This position is dedicated primarily to C2G, with approximately 70% of the role&#8217;s workload allocated to C2G Output III activities and 30% to CPI Indonesia&#8217;s broader Climate and Energy Finance portfolio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Analyst will support the development of Just Transition frameworks, indicators, and site-specific plans for Focus Projects; contribute to stakeholder mapping and engagement activities; and support the design and application of the Just Transition Cost Allocation Framework.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Analyst will work under the supervision of the Country Director and Senior Manager\/Analysts, and in close coordination with CPI&#8217;s financing workstream (Output II) and the international consortium partner (Guidehouse) on technical (Output I) and capacity building (Output IV) alignment. The Analyst will work closely with government counterparts (MEMR, DGNREEC\/DJEBTKE), local communities and worker representatives at Focus Project sites, and civil society organizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Roles and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Includes the following and others as assigned:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Coal 2 Green Project Related Works (70%)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Contribute to the development of a national Just Transition framework for Indonesia\u2019s energy sector, including its foundations on human rights, gender equality, and accountability, drawing on international good practice (e.g. South Africa, India, Vietnam) and adapting these to Indonesia\u2019s socio-economic and institutional context.<\/li>\n<li>Design and test Just Transition Cost Allocation Framework, identifying transition-related costs for communities, institutions, and investors, and how these may be fairly distributed across stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct research and analysis to inform Just Transition cost assessments, drawing on CPI\u2019s Just Transition Costing Framework and relevant international examples.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct research on Indonesia\u2019s energy transition policy landscape, including incentive and disincentive mechanisms and their implications for just transition outcomes.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the design of Just Transition indicators to monitor social, labour, and community impacts at national and Focus Project levels.<\/li>\n<li>Support the development of site-specific Just Transition Plans for Focus Projects, covering employment, reskilling, livelihoods, social protection, economic diversification, and governance dimensions, with attention to intersectional gender perspectives.<\/li>\n<li>Identify relevant national and sub-national programs (e.g. Dana Desa, Kartu Prakerja) that can support livelihoods, training, and local economic resilience in Focus Project areas.<\/li>\n<li>Support stakeholder mapping exercises to identify all relevant actors around Focus Project sites, including workers, communities, local government, civil society organizations, and vulnerable or marginalized groups.<\/li>\n<li>Support the planning, logistics, and facilitation of stakeholder engagement activities, and help integrate stakeholder input and feedback into Just Transition plans and broader project decision making.<\/li>\n<li>Support documentation of engagement activities, including participation records disaggregated by gender, and contribute to monitoring of engagement-related indicators.<\/li>\n<li>Produce and edit high-quality analytical products including reports, briefs, presentations, and stakeholder communication materials for government, donor, community audiences and other relevant stakeholder.<\/li>\n<li>Support alignment of Just Transition outputs with technical (Output I) and financial (Output II) execution plans, and coordinate with CPI Global and the international consortium partner to ensure consistency across workstreams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>CPI Indonesia Climate &amp; Energy Finance Support (30%)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Support research, analysis, and reporting tasks across CPI Indonesia&#8217;s broader Climate and Energy Finance portfolio as assigned.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to impact assessment, monitoring, and evaluation work for other CPI Indonesia projects, drawing on relevant prior experience in impact measurement and reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Support internal knowledge management and information-sharing processes across CPI Indonesia&#8217;s portfolio.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Qualifications and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Development Management, Public Policy, Economics, or a related field; relevant coursework or research on energy transition, environmental policy, or socio-economic development is an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum three years of relevant experience in policy analysis, impact assessment, or program evaluation, ideally with exposure to Indonesia\u2019s energy or climate transition agenda.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience in designing or analyzing policy frameworks and implementation guidance, including evaluating incentive and disincentive mechanisms and preparing policy-maker facing summaries.<\/li>\n<li>Experience conducting stakeholder engagements, impact assessments, or due diligence for projects involving multiple stakeholder groups, including communities and vulnerable populations.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Indonesia\u2019s energy transition policy landscape, including but not limited to Indonesia Enhanced NDC, Just Energy Transition Partnership (JETP), etc., is an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with GHG emissions, MRV-related analysis, or climate financing platforms is an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Competencies and Personal Attributes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Strong analytical and research skills, expert at synthesizing complex economic, social data into practical frameworks.<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to facilitate inclusive dialogue with the government, community, and civil society stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced proficiency in data visualization (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI) paired with a track record of delivering high-quality technical reports under tight deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear reports and presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across in-country and international teams.<\/li>\n<li>Deep interest in just transition, climate finance, and inclusive energy transition outcomes in Indonesia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Desirable<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Experience working with or alongside international donor-funded programs, including but not limited to JETP, UK FCDO, or IKI\/BMUKN-funded projects.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with IFC Performance Standards or equivalent international social and environmental safeguard frameworks.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with gender-responsive programming or GESI (Gender Equality and Social Inclusion) frameworks in development program contexts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Location and Compensation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CPI is recruiting for <strong>one full-time position based in the Jakarta office<\/strong>. The work spans the power generation sector and energy-intensive industries, requiring a grounding in both electrical and mechanical engineering principles to assess technical feasibility, energy demand and supply dynamics, and the performance of generation and storage technologies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Roles and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Junior Analyst<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Includes the following and others as assigned:<\/p>\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in the preparation of energy modelling inputs and outputs, including load analysis, generation dispatch scenarios, and integration assessments for renewable energy in both grid connected and captive industrial settings.<\/li>\n<li>Support technical assessments of power generation assets, including analysis of plant characteristics, operational parameters, grid connection arrangements, and the technical viability of conversion to renewable energy alternatives.<\/li>\n<li>Support the analysis of industrial energy use, covering electricity, heat, and steam demand, and contribute to assessments of energy efficiency measures and process decarbonisation options for energy-intensive industries (e.g. nickel, pulp and paper, aluminum, steel, cement,etc).<\/li>\n<li>Support research into applicable technologies, regulatory frameworks, and technical standards relevant to power sector transformation and industrial energy transition in Indonesia.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the preparation of technical reports, briefs, presentation decks, and data visualisations for government counterparts, project developers, and international development partner audiences.<\/li>\n<li>Support data collection and management tasks, including the gathering and cleaning of technical datasets on generation capacity, fuel consumption, grid infrastructure, and industrial energy profiles.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate and collaborate with CPI staff both in-country and across global offices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Qualifications and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related engineering discipline from a reputable university.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum one year of relevant professional experience; applicants with strong academic records and demonstrable technical internship or project experience are encouraged to apply.<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of power systems, including generation, transmission, grid operation, and load characteristics.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with industrial energy systems, including thermal processes, steam and heat generation, rotating machinery, and energy efficiency measures, is an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with technical data collection, analysis, and basic energy modelling or simulation tools is an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Desirable<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Exposure to renewable energy technologies, especially battery energy storage systems (BESS), through academic work, professional experience, or demonstrable self-directed study.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in the power sector, energy advisory, engineering consultancy, or a related technical field.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Indonesia\u2019s power sector regulatory landscape, including but not limited to RUKN, RUPTL and PLN grid standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Analyst<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Includes the following and others as assigned:<\/p>\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Lead or independently conduct energy modelling and scenario analysis, including generation dispatch modelling, grid integration studies, and techno-economic assessments for renewable energy deployment in grid-connected and\/or captive industrial contexts.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and deliver technical assessments of power generation assets, including evaluation of plant operational parameters and technically viable conversion pathways to renewable energy alternatives.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct analysis of industrial energy systems, covering electricity, heat, and steam demand profiles, and develop technically grounded options for energy efficiency improvements and process decarbonization across different industrial sectors.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the design, management, and implementation of technical research assignments, including stakeholder consultations and field data collection.<\/li>\n<li>Produce and edit high-quality technical products, including full reports, executive summaries, policy briefs, and presentation materials for government, private sectors, international development partner, and other relevant stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate and collaborate with CPI staff both in-country and around the globe.<\/li>\n<li>Present CPI\u2019s work at external events and conferences if needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Qualifications and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s or Master&#8217;s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline from a reputable university. This position will have a significant focus on IKI C2G programme, with approximately 50% of the role&#8217;s workload allocated to IKI-related programme administration and compliance, 30% programme management support, and 20% to CPI Indonesia&#8217;s broader Climate Finance programme management support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This position requires an independent and resourceful individual with strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills, and a high level of professionalism in managing multiple workstreams simultaneously. The role is ideal for a candidate looking to build a career in international development or climate finance programme and grant management, with the opportunity to gain direct exposure to a bilateral government cooperation programme operating under donor (IKI\/BMUKN) compliance requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will report to the and work closely with CPI&#8217;s IKI C2G project team in Indonesia, CPI Global colleagues, and the international consortium partner (Guidehouse), as well as relevant government counterparts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>IKI Program Administration and Compliance (50%)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Support the preparation and submission of project documentation required under the C2G Implementing Agreement.<\/li>\n<li>Support coordination and documentation related to the Official Handover Certificate (BAST) process, including liaison with relevant units on Letters of Acknowledgement and Ministry of Finance grant reporting requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain records and documentation demonstrating compliance with IKI Exclusion and IKI Safeguard requirements, including coordination of and maintenance of related acknowledgement records hand in hand with colleagues from Program Operations, Finance, the Country Delivery Lead and C2G project team.<\/li>\n<li>In close coordination with program and finance division, draft and process procurement procedures for IKI-funded activities; risk identification and management, process invoices, arrange necessary approvals; and ensure compliance with both CPI internal policies and donor (IKI\/BMUKN) requirements.<\/li>\n<li>In close coordination with Senior Operations Associate, provide logistical and administrative support for IKI-funded events, including roundtables, workshops, study tours, and Steering Committee meetings \u2014 covering scheduling, venue arrangements, participant coordination, and documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain organised records of IKI-related correspondence, meeting minutes (including Minutes of Meeting\/MoM from annual consultation meetings), and key agreements, ensuring documents are accessible to the project team and audit-ready.<\/li>\n<li>Support coordination between CPI Indonesia, CPI Global, and Guidehouse on shared C2G deliverables, ensuring administrative consistency across consortium partners.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>IKI Program Management Support (30%)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain a tracking system for IKI-funded milestones, deliverables, and indicators across all four Outputs, working closely with technical leads to ensure deadlines and reporting obligations are met.<\/li>\n<li>Support the preparation of progress reports to the Executing Agency (Coordinating Ministry of Economic Affairs (CMEA)) and Technical Counterpart Agencies (TCAs), including the six-monthly progress reporting cycle and materials for the annual consultation meeting.<\/li>\n<li>Support forecasting and monitoring of the requirement that at least 50% of project budget is implemented in Indonesia through local consortium members and subcontractors, including basic tracking of relevant expenditure categories.<\/li>\n<li>Support engagement with funder finance and operations teams including budget or contract changes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>CPI Indonesia Program Management Support (20%)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Support project and program management systems for the Indonesia office, ensuring alignment with CPI\u2019s global policies and tools.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>About You<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience providing administrative and project\/program management. A minimum of 3 years of experience working in an international organisation, not-for-profit, or program\/grant administration is desirable.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to confidently work autonomously and coordinate the work of others effectively.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of or experience with supporting projects funded by international and national donors, with bilateral government cooperation program (e.g. GIZ, KfW, JICA, or other IKI\/BMUKN-funded projects) is desirable but not required. ; Familiarity with donor compliance and reporting requirements is highly desirable.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Indonesian government procedures, grant management requirements, and stakeholder engagement processes, document management &amp; audit readiness.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with best-practice project management processes. A project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile, or similar) is desirable but not required.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency\u202fwith Microsoft Exceland grant management software. This position is ideal for a candidate looking to build a career in the international development or climate change space, with a particular focus on program and\/or grant management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will report to the Senior Manager, Global Operations, and work closely with team members across offices and departments in the United States, United Kingdom, India, and Indonesia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pre-Award\/Proposal and Due Diligence support (15%)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate business development tracking and pipeline management on Fluxx Grantseeker, in partnership with Indonesia programs leads.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate due diligence processes for prospective and existing donors, ensuring documentation is complete and compliant with organizational requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Support program teams on proposal requirements, systems, and internal processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Grant Monitoring, Reporting, and Compliance Management (30%)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor grant performance, including operational risks, and compliance issues, escalate concerns as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate donor reporting processes and timelines in collaboration with Program and Finance teams.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate invoicing processes with program and finance teams.<\/li>\n<li>Support internal and external audit processes.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor compliance documentation standards across projects and follow up on outstanding requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Support the implementation and educate program staff ensure accurate and compliant management of grants and contracts in adherence to donor regulations, local laws and regulations, and internal control procedures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Grant Portfolio &amp; System Management (15%)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Support regional systems implementation and process improvements, including adoption of global program management processes.<\/li>\n<li>Support continuous improvement of grant and program management systems, processes, and tools.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate and collaborate with CPI staff working around the globe to maintain most updated and accurate data across offices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Consultant &amp; Vendor Lifecycle Management (20%)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Support the end-to-end vendor\/consultant sourcing process in accordance with internal and donor procurement policies.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for an end-to-end contracting process for consultants and vendors.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with project managers, finance division, and Global Operations in ensuring timely and appropriate processing, along with arranging the approval flows.<\/li>\n<li>Processing and tracking invoices related to each contract.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance of contractors, sub-grantees and vendors with organizational and donor requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Regional Operations &amp; On-the-Ground Compliance Support (20%)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In coordination with Program, Senior Operations Associate, and Finance:<\/p>\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Support program activities (event and travels when logistical requirements are required) including vendor sourcing for local travel needs (e.g. transportation, accommodation, etc).<\/li>\n<li>Travel and support events within the region when required to perform on-the-ground compliance support, maintaining accurate documentation for compliance and audit purposes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>About You<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Competencies and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience in providing project administration and grant management support. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience working in an international and\/or not-for-profit organization or in program administration is desirable.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge or experience with international and national donor &amp; governmental grant management.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with best practice project management processes. Project Management qualification such as PRINCE2, Agile or similar desirable but not required.<\/li>\n<li>Experience of Microsoft Office Suite.
