Stela Herschmann is an analyst for the Financial Instruments team at CPI Brazil, which focuses on assessing the impact of Brazilian rural credit and insurance policies. She holds a master’s degree in Public Administration from EBAPE / FGV, a master’s degree (LL.M cum laude) in Environmental Law and Policies from Duke University (USA), and a specialist certificate in Environmental Law from PUC-Rio. Stela also teaches and researches on climate change law and climate litigation. Previously she worked with campaigning on climate change and with multidisciplinary analysis of environmental impact assessment of infrastructure projects.
