Paul Rosane is an Analyst based in CPI’s London office. He contributes to CPI’s climate finance tracking research, including the development of climate impact methodologies. He also provides analytical support to the Rural Prosperity Bond, an instrument from the Global Innovation Lab for Climate Finance instrument, which will help small and medium-sized enterprises working in restoration access financial resources in Africa, Latin America, and South Asia.

Prior to CPI, Paul interned at the Berkeley Lab, where he worked on modeling the impact of climate on global photosynthesis. He holds two Master’s degrees, one in Energy Generation and Management from Institut Polytechnique de Paris (IPP), and another in Environmental Economics from Paris-Saclay University.
